so don’t be an asscramp about “he and I”/”him and me” because you still know what the speaker means, don’t you, and you are STIFLING THE GROWTH
Exactly. It’s funny anyway. People started saying this like It’s me and no one cared expect for some prescriptivists. They started bashing everyone using object pronouns when subject pronouns “should” be used so that people got paranoid and hypercorrection took place, so people started saying things such as She bought it for her and I, which some people started complaining about as well. Now many people are just utterly confused. But it doesn’t even matter because no one should give a flying fuck if you say between you and me or between you and I. Everyone fucking understands you.
